The core programs are designed around gym training — barbells, dumbbells, and standard equipment. Foundation can be adapted with minimal equipment at home if needed. Elevation and Elite are built for full gym access to support the volume and intensity of the programming.
The core programs (Foundation, Elevation, Elite) are designed to be run one at a time — they're each full 6-month systems, not modules.
